I was just trying to find a nice sooty pigmented black eyeshadow, and this one came up as one of the top 5 to try....Its matte, which i like, and its buildable and easy to blend. Its meant to pop into a eyeshadow palette, but I just keep it in its packaging as this is the only Anastasia Eyeshadow I ever bothered purchasing. Will I buy again? Perhaps, if its the only black shadow of the top 5 recommended...

The eyeshadow is good quality, but the 3 stars is for poor packaging. The first one arrived completely crumbled because it arrived in a thin, plastic poly-mailer (no protection) and I had to go through the hassle of returning it. The replacement arrived with the same method of packaging, but luckily, it was still in tact. These are very thin and definitely require proper (better) packaging.

I love her shadows. The color is beautiful and applies so perfect to your eye lids. I like to buy individuals so I can create a pallet with colors that I loved.

Nice color, but not a lot of product for the money. Also, container for eye shadow is beyond cheap. need something with a little substance, very flimsy.

I wanted a reddish brown shade.I use it as an eyeliner mostly. Very small amount, but it should last since you just need a little. To me, it makes your eyes pop.

I purchased three colors to replace used product. This goes INTO the magnetic eye makeup holder I already owned. I originally purchased these Anastasia products at Sephora. The products of this type are no longer available in store. Glad to get new insert eye shadows on Amazon, for the same price and no shipping cost. I suspect this particular product is discontinued, because it is mostly unavailable at Nordstom too.If you own the compact holder and like this product, you may want to stock up.For everyone saying it is "just the eye shadow and no holder" that is CORRECT. The round make up in a metal tin only are designed to pop into the holder, which I already owned.

I love the color but the packaging is ridiculous. You can’t open it.

Always a return customer for this eyeshadow... Love being able to pick the colors I'll actually USE. The magnetized case works well and the shadow lasts all day

Love this colour on my skin. Exactly what I knew it would be.

This is junk. Do not waste your money. The shadow doesn't last and wipes off immediately if touched. The packaging is a joke.
