Acai (ahs-aye-eee -- took me a while to figure out to pronounce), anyway Acai is one of those anti-oxidants and a berry that has other properties that make it more than just a simple addon. It reminds me of some of the qualities of Goji berry. So I take both Acai and Goji, along with my multi-vitamin (Optimen) and I don't see where I go wrong in coverage on daily requirements and health protection. I'm in my mid 40s and taken vitamins and anti-oxidants so long that I feel like I'm in my 20s. This is definitely a product to add to your life, but like all vitamins, you have to take religiously for a long time to see and feel any noticeable benefits -- it's not like taking a pain killer.

This product is not something you can take for a few days and then complain of you don't have the desired results. I've taking this product along with some other heart healthy meds and saw my results in my blood work. After six months and with exercise I've seen a dramatic reduction in my blood work in all the right areas. cholesterol, triglycerides, high blood pressure..... Nothing in a bottle will give you the results you desire with a healthy diet and at least 20 mins of exercise a day. , but if you lack fruit and vegetable intake, this is a supplement to give you SOME necessary benefits.
