They are not addictive like some. Somewhat odd flavor and texture but my leg cramp issues disappeared. Electrolyte supplement drink powders were not fixing the problem during the hot summer days

The taste and texture were satisfying in my opinion. Kinda reminded me of a fruit roll up and a Starburst. I did buy these because of the particular list of vitamins. I felt healthy and energized, I didn't notice any negative side effects

I ordered this to try and support my child with ADHD...of course she is the one that didn't like it. The taste is tart and the texture is not like a gummy, it is a combination of crumbly and chewy.

Does not have a weird taste like people have said. I tried one to know what I was giving my kids. It has a “now & later” candy texture- it’s a bit hard at first but gets easier to chew. Does leave a very tiny gritty feel on your teeth after, but once you take a drink that does away. My kids are excited to take them in the morning because it’s like “eating candy for breakfast”. Will definitely continue to keep buying as they need the extra minerals!

My kids really like the taste of these. I’ve always heard that magnesium is good for kids with ADHD, and both of my kids are diagnosed, so I thought we would check these out. The thing is as a parent you can’t really know if it’s making that much of a difference because there are so many variables in their diet and changes in their hormones and sleep, etc. but I figured it couldn’t hurt. We loved them!

The product doesn't taste very good. I tried it myself.

My nephews are 13 and 15. These balance out their diets and the minerals help with nerves and concentration

I purchased 3 bottles because of the cyber sale. However, I should have read the reviews because these have a horrible after taste and I was not able to return the 2 unopened bottles.

The price in Amazon is better than iherb. My twin boys love this vitamins very much that nutritionize them.
