This alfalfa has a deep thick sweetness and not bitter. My favorite by far

Primarily on dry cereal

It didn't crystallize and it's high end quality

Sweet and not watered down

It's okay, but there is not a hint of Citrus flavor. if anything it's almost a buttery flavor. Nice and thick, good color, not what I expected from the name. I may try one of the other flavors, but will not be buying this one again.

I absolutely love this honey. Will order more when this is empty. I have it every morning on my sourdough toast.

Just received this product and it seems to be extremely thick and has what I would describe as a white foam at the top. I had initially thought maybe it froze and would go away after a while. customer service got back quickly and said it was not an issue and normal aereation.

I'm sure this is nice raw honey, but it is NOT the "citrus" honey I ordered. I've only taken one small taste and can tell it's just ordinary honey, not a hint of citrus, not what I wanted. I wrote to the seller but have not heard back, otherwise I would never leave a mediocre rating. Very disappointing. I guess if you want just regular raw honey, this would be fine. Unfortunately, not fine for me.
