Q: Does this product have a dual heater? Or do you need to wait for the machine to heat up again after coffee to heat milk?

It has a single heater. After mine broke, I opened the cabinet to look inside. The steams gets routed from the heater to the portafilter, and then on to the steam wand.

Q: Will this be good for a starting out coffee shop?

No, it won't. Not by a long shot. This is a consumer device. Mine broke in a matter of months after making 2-3 drinks per day. For a coffee shop, you would need professional equipment. That would be much sturdier and more expensive.

Q: What is the size of the Tamper? 51mm? I gues the filters are the same size, right? Thank you

The tamp is 50mm, and the portafilter (with the filter insert inside it) is 52mm. Those are fairly exact too. So yes, there is 2mm of freeplay from the tamp (or 1mm on all sides). But, if you know what you're doing, you can get away with it. Or just buy a nice one.
