Ever since my father had jaw surgery for a carcinoma, eating is a messy process, due to loss of nerve sensation around the mouth and some deformity. This is the second one of these bibs I have bought for him. They fit great, stay on at the neck and cover the chest and lap well. His can get really messy, but even a spaghetti dinner comes out in the washing machine like it never happened. My mother did sew some strings on at waist level because Dad prefers it more securely tied in place there.

My husband, 83 years old, needed a bib as he spills his food since a stroke. This one really is nice! I put it in the washer and dryer and it comes out looking new, really the best fabric and doesn’t wrinkle. It has Velcro at the neck and a crumb catcher at the bottom which does its job and its generously sized. I’m going to order another one. You won’t be sorry you purchased this!

I used this for my fiance who is notorious for spilling food on himself anytime he eats. Clothes are expensive so this was a great way to not ruin one’s clothes.

I ordered several of the blue plaid bibs for my husband. He is a very messy eater that lives at an assisted living facility. The bibs they provide don’t do the job well so I decided to try these. I’ve been very pleased. They cover him well, are attractive and best of all- they wipe clean fairly well. Even tomato sauce wipes off with just a little stain left behind. I only gave them a 4 * review because I don’t know how long they will hold up. Probably a lot longer if I could get the staff to remember to wipe them off instead of putting through the laundry!

Dad is in a nursing home. He will be 92 next week. So, eating is an issue for him. He worries about getting food spilled on his clothes. For that reason, i needed to find him a bib. One that was long enough to cover his clothing, and it had to be 'easy to install.' Come across this bib that was easy to see, and wear! The great part of the bib is that is has Velcro to fasten it. He cannot fasten it by himself but has figured that he is able to keep it fastened in advance by pressing the Velcro section just at the end of the other side of the bib. This way he is able to slide it over his head and it now in place. When he has finished eating, he is able to slide it back over his head.The first one i purchased worked so well. i purchased a second one. This way i can take one home to wash and he has the 'backup' one on handSo...this bib has boosted my dad's dignity by acting like a fashionable wear item and by not allowing food or beverage to land on his clothing. In addition, it has a food catcher, so he feels more confident when eating.I suggest getting two for that one with down time.

I really liked the quality of the Adult bib so much that after ordering one bib, I ordered two additional bibs. Perfect for protecting clothing from food or liquid spillage. Washable and reusable. The Velcro closure makes it easy to put the bib on and off , and I actually found it easier on both the caregiver and the person needing the bib. Backing is not vinyl but washable cloth and after laundering looks like new. I highly recommend this bib. Can also be used to protect clothing for arts and crafts. One suggestion...before laundering close the Velcro so it does not adhere to other clothing. I did not put the bib in the dryer, let it air dry.

These aprons were a great find! They do the job and wash well! My mom liked the ones my husband wore and I bought this one for her.

Nice coated bib style cover. Easy on off with velcro tab. Able to wipe the front with damp sponge to clean the front. Multiple uses for crafting, gardening or eating. Anytime you want to protect your clothes.
