DecoArt Water Marbling Core Collection, 20 pc Set

This paint in this kit is so cheap, you will not be able to make anything worth saving. Don’t waste your money. I bought this kit hoping to marble some pieces for a flat lay shoot. And we barely got anything useable after hours and hours of attempts because the pigment in the cheap paint kept separating (and not the way it’s supposed to in paper marbling) creating unsightly chunky separated pigment streaks. There was so much water in it you could only do one technique, and the paint isn’t visible for several seconds after dropping it in, and then when you CAN see the pigment it begins to chunk and starts to separate, so you have 1 minute to make something that you can hardly see before it spoils.I don’t ever leave reviews, but this kit was such a let down and lead to hours of extra tedious work because of the lack of quality of these paints, on what should have been an easy, cool, and fun project.

I had high hopes for this kit. And was very disappointed in the results. TBH, the cheap kids set I got was better than this. Of the 48 fabric squares I marbled, I will only be able to use a few. A lot of the paint ends up sinking to the bottom of the floating medium, and makes it murky in no time. Tried it three different times, same lane results. Super disappointed.
