Real mirror, not plastic. We use it all the time for camping. I would recommend this product as it works as it should.

My desk/vanity has no larger mirror, so I couldn’t do my hair at my desk. I like this because its large enough to comfortably style my hair (makeup doesn’t require such a large mirror). Its convenient that it folds up as well because I can put it away when Im not using it. This is ideal if you don't have a dedicated vanity & use your desk for everything. The quality is also good, doesn’t feel cheap.
