Honestly I wasn't expecting such a premium quality Magnetic Wooden Chess and Checkers Set in low price. When we opened this set it was awesome because wood quality is better than AMEROUS chess.I purchased this set for my 12 year old son as Christmas gift, my kids loves to play chess with me. The directions on instruction booklet 'how to play' are clear and easy to understand.Good thing is it's foldable, have a storage space, extra queens, padding on each Chess pieces and have a traveling case inside.I'm really just blown away at how amazing of a deal this feels like I just got. The board itself is going to blow you away when you see it beacuse Magnets work great!Best Amazing find10/10 all the way around. Thank you guys

This game is very nice. The magnetism definitely keeps the chess pieces in place if the board is bumped, but not so strong that you could turn the board upside down.When you set up the board to play, the pieces not being used fall out of the forms. We removed the the foam/velour lining inside & put checkers in a baggie and chess pieces in a baggie. Works great this way.

Great quality

This is an excellent quality board made out of wood with subtle magnet under the pieces to keep them in their place in case someone knocks them accidentally. The playing area is large enough for adults and youth. Easily folds and locks with all the pieces inside so you could travel with it anywhere. If you are in the market for a chess board, then I would highly recommend this board. Have fun strategizing your next move!

The media could not be loaded. I love the packaging and the quality of the wood. It also comes with a black bag to store the chess game. Good size to travel with and would make a great gift at a great price!

Its compact, features of the pieces and board are nice.. was excited to give to my grandson.. and ordered b/c the pieces had magnets.. but thats false. No magnets in the checkers
