Hard to get in room area. Reclines very nice. Air bags works good. Can actually feel the pressure from the inflation of the air bags.. the only thing is the back areas roller really digs in my back and leaves me very soar. My suggestion is not the activate the rollers in the zero gravity position.

It is a lot smaller in person than some of the older massage chairs. So the floorspace that it takes up is less, which is nice. I wasn't aware that 'zero gravity' had 'levels'. This one barely exceeds a basic recliner elevation. I wanted my legs/feet over my head, and this isn't going to do that. It has 3 preset 'zero gravity' settings, which is fine, but the zero gravity was the reason I purchased this. SUPER bummed about that. It has rollerball and airbag massage, which is nice. But the rollerball setting/activity for upper back/neck leaves A LOT to be desired. It was easy enough to asseble, but somewhat difficult to get carried up stairs. It comes with a blanket which is a cute little bonus. The heat option is nice.After my second use, I'm finding it exceedingly uncomfortable. The massagers stick out into my back and pelvis. When I'm lying down, the pillow is stiff, uncomfortable and too much.

Easy assembly it does not do need on your back. It doesn’t tap on your back or beat on your back. It just goes up and down and massages it. It helps with sciatica with the nerves in your legs Great quality I will give it a 4.5

I Love it!!! Strong massage.Looks Beautiful..Love that u can lay and get massage from feet to shoulders..I just wish the rollers would go up to the top of neck..But otherthan that I love it..Now I dont need to go to chiro..I get the massage here at home..when I want it and as many times as I want..lol!!! Love the heat as well!!
