Window for returning this router has expired and I still haven’t been able to connect it to make ANYTHING. Now I have a $500.00 paperweight. Oh wait, I bought the upgraded spindle so $750.00 paperweight. Well, I hope I can connect that to a different CNC router!! No driver so will not work with Easel like advertised.!!!

The TwoTrees TTC-450 is the CNC that you have always needed and dreamed of which if you are a beginner to advance or from maker to a small business getting started then this will be the goldilocks of the CNC. It has room for more upgrades if you choose too to being able to customize it to make it yours which is the signature mark of DIY projects. The work area is 18.11 x 18.11 inches which gives you room to work with as the frame and gantry are all metal aluminum. At the price point it is a sweet spot that many others fall short of. You have control over the TTC-450 through being wired to a PC, offline using a sd card, or wireless to work on your home /work network. Being that it is a DIY CNC you are given a memory card that has the files to get you started and going but if you are inclined to you can use other software to suit your needs and abilities as there a many on the market for you to test and use. A big thing to think about when doing DIYs is safety which they have thought that also with an Emergency stop button that does work great which you also get safety goggles for eye protection while watching your masterpiece being created with life. If you do run into problems Customer Support / Service is really good in getting with you to make sure you are taken care of and that you have minimal downtime. The TwoTrees TTC-450 is the CNC that just works for the beginner to the advanced user that makes the space on new levels and beyond.

Haven't used yet as I was moving when I got it and I needed a dust shroud for it and happen to need a new desk for my room so I built this beast. (Yes the leg room is terrible but worth it for the CNC underneath. Plan to add some sound dampening and tool trays inside as well as a vacuumed that stores in the back of the legs that were built for IKEA bins.... Fits 2 1/2 Ikea bits so a so a vacume that's about 24x14x14 would be perfect. First I'm going to use the CNC though so I'll update.

The media could not be loaded. I have logged several hours on this machine.30 mins to assemble? Nope! Several hours to go through everything. Don't bother with videos or instructions it no help at all.Machine doesn't run true at all, every few days i have to take entire z axis system off and retighten every bolt.Screen goes white? Company aware you will need to buy additional parts to fix it. (They know about it but don't include parts )Waste board hold downs suck, so expect to drop more money on creating a better system.When machine works it does decent. If you contact support expect at least 2-3 days for a response (Yup more down time to trouble shoot)Cnc that not running isn't creating a money stream. I'm already starting to regret this purchase.I really wanted to like this machine as what I seen an researched is a good machine for entry level small production. I could be the small percentage of bad luck but I'm highly doubting it now.

complete assembly required. took an entire day only to realize a software error blocks the maching from even setting the homing location. a complete waste of a day and all of the customer support is on chinese time and only use "whatsapp" ???

it still not working . tech. help was good . i would not purchase it if i knew i would have all this trouble . i just want a nes touch screen . i tried all what the techs told me to do . it ain't happening . it's new ! should have it covered under warranty !!!

The web site says 70% assembled. It's more like 17%. However, if this is the kid of stuff you like to figure out (like me) you will love this machine. It's a great machine to get your feet wet with CNC programming and G code but it is absolutely not plug and play. If you can figure out a 3D printer or a laser engraver you will figure this one out too. YouTube is your friend with this stuff. It comes with 4 sample G-code files but no software to make your own stuff. 3D printer and Laser engraver software won't help for desk top CNC engravers. This is a great entry level machine at this size for the price. This is a wood or plastic cutting machine. Using other materials is "use at your own risk"

The only reason this gets one star is I can not give it minus stars. 4 days of frustration attempting to assemble this piece of trash only to find two limit switches broken and wiring connections open with no connectors. Save yourself a world of aggravation and avoid this machined like the plague!

The CNC router went together fairly easily and is as appears. The CNC router software has never worked properly. It would nice to down load the functional software and be able to use the router as advertised. I would really like to have a properly working model
