I gave away each set under 200lbs to my younger siblings and kept 200lbs, 250lbs and 300lbs. On first arrival I could barely squeeze the 250lbs and 300lbs, but after using the 200lbs everyday for about 1 - 2 weeks and slowly misplacing the 200lbs and 250lbs sets out in public, I'm now squeezing the only set I have left, the 300lbs. So, although I only have the 300lbs set now, I'm strong enough to use them confidently and consistently. Great for anyone strengthening their forearms on their health and fitness journey.

The hand grippers have a nice weight to them and they don’t feel cheap at all. Highly recommend if you want to increase your grip strength I can just about close 200lbs
