Great product easy to install. I appreciated the quality and appearance of the cover. However, there were some water leakage that I will be fixing later but overall I like the cover, and how solid it looks and feels. Expensive but for the fit and look, well wort the price.

Had this cover on two different trucks. Nice low profile even with truck bed. Easy to install with no drilling.

Installed in just a few hours. Good directions. Took my time and added a few additional sealing tape strips. Pretty much water tight for rain. Just a little leakage at the jet carwash. I like that the cover is almost flat and that it is secure.

Seems to be good quality materials. I like the back flip design. The installation instructions and process was okay. Others have commented about limited opening of the truck-bed trunk, but I think it opens fine especially if you flip the cover back just one panel which is easy to do. Unfortunately it leaks. The drain hose is too large for the drain holes on a Ridgeline causing drain overflow. The top also leaks down the front of the truck bed and in the corners. I will try adjusting the top seal for the top leaks but do not have an answer for the drain overflow. I feel it should have been a better product for the price. I have opened a claim with the manufacturer and will report back once we see how the process goes…. They were responsive and pleasant but did not solve the problem. Their solution to stop the leaks was for me to drill holes in the truck bed to fit their parts and use silicone around the edges. If they are going to claim compatibility with the Ridgeline I feel they should provide the proper fitting parts.

Anyone about to get this for their Ridgeline (I have and '18) needs to know the side rails restrict how high the trunk door will lift up. Opens to where it only exposed about half the light on the sidewalls too so won't be as well lit at night. I knew this before getting it, don't think it'll be an issue for me. If you don't like that, you may want to check out the non-flush covers like the DiamondBack. Came with a small bend in a piece of aluminum that I was able to bend straight and I wish they used something other than these rubber bands (see pics) as the seals now dont sit flat (maybe they'll settle flat over time?). Installed a Pop&Lock for tailgate the same day to assure the items under this cover stay secure. Operation and installation was great; suggest searching YouTube for installation videos rather that just the documents that come with this thing. I like the finish; seems to match well. Would suggest to others

I purchased a BakFlip MX4 for my 2021 Honda Ridgeline. The first thing you will notice upon opening the box is "Made In USA" writing so I was all excited thinking this thing was going to be top quality. However, the cheap quality of the panels themselves was my first disappointment. They are not a hard, durable material with a rich black pigment which I was expecting - they are more of a flimsy styrofoam with a porous dry crackle finish. The install was straightforward although I was constantly thinking to myself, this doesn't seem like it's watertight at all. The design for the prop sticks that hold it open when folded seem to have been designed on a Friday afternoon before a holiday. All of the fasteners and seals are standard China whitebox; several pieces were broke and just plain fell off during the install; Bak Industries is sending me the replacements. There are these drain tubs that are supposed to go into drain holes which I have confirmed the Ridgeline does not have. Saying this tonneau fits a Ridgeline is a questionable statement with that as fact. I called support at Bak Industries and was told to run those into plastic bottles and empty them when they are full; I assure you that is not a joke and 100% truth. We had a good rain storm last night and sure enough the bed is full of water. It leaked it from the front seal, the side seals, and of course the drain tubes. I've ordered a tube of permatex black silicone and unfortunately will have to try and seal up this brand new tonneau cover on a new truck. I have had cheap tonneau covers in the past on other trucks and never really had a problem with leaking. This product is not something I would purchase again or recommend to family and friends.

Purchased a new truck and bought this folding truck bed cover. In reading the description of the product, I ordered the correct size for my truck. Product came within two days and then the problems started. The company sent rails that were way too long for the size of my truck bed. Contacted the company directly, had to provide pictures, product numbers and purchase verification. New rails came two weeks later. Installed the new rails and worked for 3+ hours to get the cover on and realized that the cover was also out of specs for my vehicle. Another call to the company, in checking their specs they in fact determined that the wrong size had been sent. Ten days later, a whole new set arrives. Removed ill fitting cover and replaced with the new cover. The new cover fit better than the old and will work, but it seems this company has a universal size cover that they use for many vehicles, but the problem arises when you do not have a full size truck and the adjustment on the cover only goes larger, not smaller. I have a Honda Ridgeline. This cover is rated very high, but 4 weeks and 3 deliveries later I thought I would have gotten more for my 1300.00.

I have a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. I ordered this bed cover. It arrived promptly through Amazon. However, the Honda Ridgeline application requires a special set of brackets and a second set of side rails that were not included in the initial shipment. I had to watch videos on YouTube to figure out what was missing. I called the manufacturer. She was very pleasant and helpful. She shipped the missing parts the next day and I received them two days later. I had no other issues. I would buy again. Be aware the necessary side rails prevent one from fully opening the in-bed trunk lid. It still opens plenty wide though.

Love my Bakflip. Looks good and works great. Very sturdy and easy to use.

Great Product. Easy to install. Great value. Love the look of it on my 2018 Ridgeline.
