Great lighter, bargain price
I like this little lighter a lot. However, there are a couple of things to be aware of. When I received it I turned it upside down, filled it with Ronson butane, and it wouldn't light. When I tested it with a match to see if butane was flowing I found out the valve was set much too high. As another reviewer said, it was basically set to "blowtorch". I adjusted the flow to near the minimum and since then the lighter has lit on the first try, every time so far, with a reasonable sized flame. It is difficult to adjust the valve, but there is a tool included with the lighter to do it. I have not seen any other reviewer mention that, so maybe it's a new addition by the manufacturer. I am including a picture of the lighter next to a Zippo, and a mini and regular Bic, so you can get an idea of the size. This is a classy looking lighter (in my opinion) with a nice action, great packaging (includes a nice box and a leather-like bag for the the lighter) and, once you get it adjusted, it should work well for you. I have seen some reviews saying the lighter fails after a month or three. If that happens I'll update my review.

Takes 10 clicks to light
Okay, I bought this (two of them, actually) to carry around and just serve as a pocket lighter. I was really hoping it would turn out to be good, and even hoped it would be my go-to lighter. Not to be. As it turns out, I keep one in the house, and one on the workbench in the garage. So, they don't get abused, they get filled with good quality butane, and they live a pretty cushy life for a lighter. I really like the size, the leather provides a good grip, and the click action is easy. The flame is opposite my fingers to prevent burning on longer lights, and really easy to aim down into a pipe since it comes out almost 90 degrees to the top surface. Too bad they suck. Over the few weeks I've owned them, they have taken more and more clicks to light. Now it's up to about 10 before they throw a flame. It's getting two stars just because it's nice looking, but a nice looking lighter that can't fulfill its primary function is a waste of money. I have a Kiribi Kenshi now, and that lighter lives up to all the positive feedback it gets. I wish I'd taken the $32 I spent on both of these and just put it toward the Kiribi. The next time this one takes 10 clicks to light, I'm throwing it in the road, so it's probably heading out there tonight. Update: I threw it in the road. One star.

Elegant, convenient side flame
I was looking for a mature esque, non jet lighter for use with my pipe. I felt the jet lighters were too fast burning for my needs. I browsed many listings from Amazon of their lighters and passed over a couple of nifty disposables which could have met my needs, except I wanted something refillable. There were many jet lighter options but I already have two and have used five different types with my cigars before settling on a favorite. This piece jumped out, nice leather wrap, soft and comfortable in hand. It was offered in black or brown (I chose black). There was also a unique feature about this over most other lighters, the fire port is on the side. This makes it much easier to light the pipe without having to hold the lighter at an awkward angle and possibly burn yourself. I love the lighter. It is not for children, as they shouldn't play with fire anyways, so there is no child safety. The only reason I knocked it down from five to four stars is because it took quite a bit of effort to adjust the flame perfectly. Many refills and tweeks resulted in the flame shooting out too far, an inch an a half or two, or no flame at all with an obvious sound the gas was coming out. I almost returned it until I found the magic spot where the flame came out about a half inch and it worked perfectly for my pipe. Last, the price was reasonable (about $16).

Pretty nice little lighter
Nice finish, good construction, lights reliably and the flame seems stable. Doesn’t spray butane all over during refilling. I’ve been using it as a pipe lighter for a month or two now, I’m happy with it. Of course it’s slim so doesn’t hold a week supply of butane, so keep the refill can handy.

Dies not light on first click
Worked ok. Will not light on first click normally takes 3 or 4 try’s. Once it lights it works as intended

I love this little thing!
This lighter looks better in person than the online ad! Works perfect, and does not show signs of "low quality". Looks/ functions as good as new with daily use from a chain smoker in the past 3 weeks. I'm looking for different colors to match my outfits. I did not expect to fall in love with a lighter. lol

Not worth.
To be honest, it's not the best. I would recommend just buying one that works consistently and reliably. It's not complete junk, but I will be buying a different one. It takes around 10 tries to get one flame. I've tried draining it of butane and refilling it, but it did not fix. The way I see it, it's cheap, but why buy it if you'd just have to buy a replacement?

The wrap is a wrap
It's a lighter what else is their to say, you use it you fill it period. It looks nice with the leather wrap. Oh yes the wrap, the wrap was nice for about 3 weeks then started to peel, as you cam see in the pic. Besides that it's a good lighter. Update: it is now the middle of April and we'll it could be better. If you want to smoke eventually this lighter will work. After a few times filling it,every day, the lighter doesn't want to light on the first attempt, sometimes it takes 10 to 150 times to just get a light. You end up waiting more butane attempting to light it, very disappointed.
