The steel is of high quality and feels nice in your hand. The plastic that the lid’s made of also feels nice. This is important when you’re carrying it for a couple of hours.The only negative aspect is that the lid protrudes diwn into the bottle, meaning when you invert it to use as a cup it has a big lump sticking up in the bottom that reduces the capacity of the cup. It’s ok if your dog’s happy with small, frequent servings, though - and that’s probably a good approach anyway.An unexpected plus was that it fits in the back pocket of my jeans!

It is very practical bottle for walks with dog, it's not too big and after few weeks I don't have any problems with liking, definitely I will buy again if I will need!

I bought this based on another customer review as she assured me that it's suitable for labradors. It absolutely isn't as the drinking "bowl" is way too small for a fully grown adult snout. Also leaks. Disappointed.

Lovely design, easy to hold. Large enough for multiple drinks for the dog without being cumbersome or heavy to carry.I've found a couple of times that if I screw the lid on too tightly it can be tricky to get off, thats probably just me.The dog is quite happy and able to drink out of the lid and once she is done you can pour the remaining water back into the bottle easily, so minimal wastage.Occasional little leaks, but very minor. Never had any leaks while it is on its side in the car, just if Im shaking it about while running or playing with other toys at the same time.I'm not that keen on the clip it doesnt seem totally secure, but easily replaced if you wanted.Overall a fantastic product which has stood up to a few drops with only a minor dent. Would buy again.

Works well , good size for shorter walks - dog prefers drinking from this to his bowl , think it because the water stays cold

I’ve had one of the before. It used to have a much better designed lid. I bought two and both rubber seals keep falling out. They are now both lost so the item is no longer leak proof.I think they’ve tried to cut the cost of production. Great product just poorly manufactured now.

Great. Exactly as described. Found a spare hook from another water bottle and attached to top , then able to hook onto trouser belt loop or pocket. Also fits in a dog treat / utility bag. Used in park today and my thirsty little JRT was more than happy drinking out of the screw top lid which held a good amount of water. Excess can be poured back into bottle and I am guessing the stainless steel will help to keep water cooler on a hot day. The lid has to be held rather than placed on the floor as it is curved in shape so therefore does not balance on the ground.This bottle was more costly than some plastic ones but as the last one I got broke when dropped and another leaked I would say this one is well worth the extra money and will last.

This were a direct replacement for ones that we had had for 10 years with no problems. However these are inferior and constantly leak even when kept upright in a rucksack. Do not buy.
