This is a nice little set of grips. Using them without the foam handles covers is ok but a little uncomfortable, shame there’s only one pair. After a few days of use they started squeaking in a very annoying fashion so you will need a spray of WD40 (or similar) which rectifies the problem.

These are quite useful albeit a bit fiddly to adjust. The measurements are broadly and accurate and they are quite well made and comfortable to use.

This product came very quickly, I ordered early hours of the morning and it came the same day.Each weights were in a little zip lock bag, it came with 1 set of foam hand grippers and a nice little drawstring bag to store it all in.The drawstring bag is like a suede velvety material, it feels very soft.It comes with 3 different hand grip strengtheners, each having a different weight to them, 50lbs, 100lbs and 150lbs, it’s definitely good for beginners to start with the 50lbs out then work their way up because you can tell the difference!It’s made with a really good quality, heavy metal, they do not feel cheap or flimsy at all.They are made of durable aluminum knurled handles and high-strength springs made of high carbon steel.They also have a non-slip texture for a sweat resistant grip.I definitely have a lot of confidence that these will last a while and won’t be breaking anytime soon.These are very good to use whilst just sat down watching TV, as then your minds a little distracted and may not be focused on the burn you feel when you’re getting a good workout in.The springs work completely well, no problems with them whatsoever.They come in a variety of different colors, I got the Rose Gold one and it’s such a beautiful pink!The foam grippers make it more comfortable to use, unfortunately, you only get 1 pair of these and that’s the only reason I have had to take a star off this as it would be better if you got 3 pairs, so a pair for each set.It’s very uncomfortable and painful to try to do it without the foam grippers.They work on the whole of your arms including your fingers, your wrists, brachioradialis, your biceps and your deltoid.They are mid price range but definitely better quality than any cheap ones I have had so well worth the price for definite.Overall, I highly recommend this product, it’s worth every single penny!

This grip strengthener set has 3 levels, perfect for working your way up to strong fingers, hands and forearms.I usually start with a warm up on the lightest strengthener, and then skip to the heaviest for 3 sets of 12 repetitions. It can be easy to overdo these exercises as they target such small muscles, but you have to work in moderation just as you would with any other strength exercise. This will give you the most gains! Rest is essential.They have a real old school steel feel, there's not much in the way of ergonomics except for the ridges handles for a bit of grip, this is better than the modern plastic ones with finger grooves, as this trains your hands for the reality of working with heavy objects in the real world, which are not always ergonomically shaped.They are very durable, made of dense metals and they don't make a sound, they seem as though they can easily be oiled in the case that they do start to squeak.A nice carrying pouch is included which fits all 3 of them comfortably

Bought as a gag gift but actually use them lol. Use the pads though, they'll tear up your hands. Great quality!

I got these for my son to use to add to his workouts. He has no problem squeezing them. He likes them just fine.

Die sind vollständig aus Metall. Es sind ein paar Schaumstoffbezüge bei, um die Anwendung etwas zu erleichtern und die recht dünnen Griffe zu Polstern. Die einzelnen Elemente sollen unterschiedlich schwer zu bearbeiten sein, jedoch lässt sich hier nur ein sehr marginaler Unterschied feststellen. Man hat eher das Gefühl, dass alle Griffkrafttrainer ungefähr gleich schwer in der Handhabung sind. In der Tat lassen diese sich sehr schwer und nur mit ausreichender Körperkraft und etwas Übung sauber benutzen. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn tatsächliche unterschiedliche Belastungen bei der Anwendung erkennbar wären. Jedoch sind diese Geräte mit dem angegebenen Preis durchaus zu empfehlen. In der Handhabung sind die Griffkrafttrainer sehr einfach und lassen sich in jeglicher Umgebung benutzen.Sollte sich etwas Neues ergeben, werde ich es stetig aktualisieren.

Ich finde die Griffkrafttrainer gut, auch wenn ich, ohne sportlich oder muskulös zu sein, quasi keinen Unterschied zwischen den drei Stufen 50, 100 und 150lbs fühlen kann. Für den Einstieg sind sie sicher geeignet und ich halte die Hände in Bewegung.Geliefert werden die drei Trainingsgeräte in einem Karton. Darin befindet sich zusätzlich ein Stoffbeutel, in welchem man sie verstauen kann, und zwei Schaumstoffpolster, die man nach Bedarf auf einen der Trainer stülpen kann.Ich habe die Teile zuhause an einer Stelle platziert, an der ich häufiger vorbeigehe. Und bei jedem Aufeinandertreffen mache ich abwechselnd mit einer Hand ein paar Wiederholungen. Das funktioniert für mich ganz gut. Ich überlege dennoch, ob ein zweites Set und ein paar Handtrainer mit höherem Widerstand vielleicht Sinn machen. Ansonsten: wertig und gut!Bearbeitung: nach ein paar Tagen des Trainierens und einem weiteren Griffkraft-Trainer-Set ziehe ich nun doch einen Stern von dieser Rezension ab. Offensichtlich bieten anderen Produkte tatsächlich klar erfühlbare Kraft-Unterschiede und Schaumstoffpolster für alle mitgelieferten Trainingsgeräte, statt nur für eines.
