Same shape, perfect hole alignment. Only thing I had to do was drill out 3 more holes for all support screws. Even came with new screws and washers plus bolts and nut clamps. It’s a hard plastic so no sag like the stock felt one. 3 access doors for easy service to. Highly recommend for the focus ST/RS owners.

Fits very nicely, used the provided screws and the pan snugged up tightly, the screws are slightly larger than stock but pull everything tougher nice and tight no issues. Love it, way better than stock.

**This review is based on INITIAL installation**. Purchased this lower "engine guard/ splash guard" as a replacement on a 2013 Ford Focus ST. Original OEM part was torn, and would not hold its shape anymore and started to drag under the car. This replacement differs from the OEM in a few ways: The OEM unit is some sort of compressed and formed fiber panel, which allows for some flexing, sound dampening, and fluid absorption. This replacement is very sturdy plastic panel, approximately 4 mm thk. The panel ends up being slightly heavier than the original part, and maybe won't dampen road noise as well and any leaks will not get trapped in the panel. This replacement also has well executed (and labeled) access panels that seem to correctly line up for oil filter and oil drain access. These access panels are attached with metal fasteners (flat allen bolts and insert nuts). With the access panels, and being designed compatible for several vehicles, the styling of this panel differs from the original on the Focus ST. But, the overall fitment was very good: it lined up to all the original mounting locations without requiring any modification. Only difference in attachment was that the original panel for the Focus ST had 3 mounting points at the rear edge of the guard, this replacement is only designed using the outer two points on the rear. This was not a surprise and is indicated in the product images. Mounting hardware was provided with the guard, but it was notably larger ( length, diameter) than the original. I currently have it installed reusing the original screws. My initial impressions are really good, and I would not hesitate ordering this again. I will update this review if needed after its been on the car.

This is a much better engine guard than the original. Had no issues installing it. All the pre drilled holes lined up well. And it came with the necessary hardware. I bought additional hardware just in case, based on reviews. It turned out to be unnecessary.

This product is an improvement over the original cover. Arrived with hardware, but need to plan out before install since there are two sets of screws/bolts. Attached to the car with little effort, and looks great.

Fit perfectly

It appears to be made adequate, but overlaps the frame and has no center hole for the rear. Best to purchase replacement plastic clip to replace the worn out ones. Had to drill a hole to fit the rear center fastener. It overlapse the old Ford plate nearly exact save the rear side joggles the new one has none or any foam to cradle the hydraulic pump or molding to cradle the intercooler tube, not that the old one did considering it sagged so much and was delaminating. I've seen a bunch of cars within dragging on the ground. The new one is a bit more flimsy than I would like personally. I'm thinking about putting a piece of aluminum right down the middle of it to keep it from sagging. Simple to install.
