It has seldom been my experience that products live up to their advertising hype. Salt Away is an exception. The acrylic windshield on my 2016 Parker 23SE was covered with salt deposits that could not be removed despite regular cleaning with detergent and water. The first spraying of Salt Away removed 80% of the deposits. The second, followed by a 20 minute wait, removed 80% of the rest. The third spray and wait treatment made the windshield almost as clear as when it came from the factory.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wish this worked . I was hopeful, but nothing happened

We use saltaway after using our boat in the gulf. Perfect solution to getting all the salt off boat and trailer.

After wading salt water all day and carrying my wade box which salt water tends to fill up the box and then drains, the problem with salt water, it corrodes the hooks. This product allows me to wash them by spraying my lures and letting them set before washing off. Hooks last longer and not rusting hooks

I mountain bike ride in winter, transport my bike on hitch rack to trails. There are times when road salt dust gets on my bike and I wanted to use this to neutralize the salt. I stored it in garage, used it once. Then last night it got 3deg f outside, maybe high teens in garage. This morning… as pictures show the product froze and broke its plastic bottle. I’m surprised by this .. fwiw there no warning on the bottle product will freeze, or store above xx temp.

My underwater camera housing buttons would get 'sticky' from salt, even after a proper wash/rinse. Salt away works as advertised to resolve the issue
