Missing the self watering insert
Both my original order and the replacement that I was sent are missing the self watering insert/wick. All I received is what is pictured

Not so much self watering since you can’t see how much water you have at the bottle, but provides good drainage to keep your plants healthy.

I order two of them....loved them.

Low quality
The glossy white is lovely as is the exterior design, very sleek. That’s where it ends. My first 4 of these didn’t have the tray insert that makes it self-watering. I did a replacement return and 2 of those also came without the tray insert. The other 2 did have the tray insert but the hole on the tray doesn’t line up with the nozzle in the pot so they tray won’t sit flat. I’m returning it all and starting from scratch with a different pot.

It would be nice to receive what was ordered and paid for!
The first shipment arrived incomplete , one out of three of the units received contained all the components to make it a self watering planter.The second replacement order arrived also in complete and frustrating. Again, one out of three of the units had all of the components to make it a self watering container.A complete waste of time and energy on this order.False advertising!
