Small, sparkly and most importanly they actually are waterproof.
So far i can't fault these little lights at all, they are very small and the light from them is pretty bright. They do exactly what they are supposed to do, each light surface has an angled jewel effect to help scatter the light. One very important thing is they have rubber gaskets inside that make them waterproof, you have to make sure they are twisted as tight as you can get them until they will turn no more as only then will they be watertight. I can't stress this enough, twist those suckers tight. Also make sure that you don't cross thread them either when closing as that will let the water in. These lights will sink in the water so they will sit at the bottom of the bath if you put them in.The lights use CR2032 batteries, not sure of the quality of the batteries that come in the lights as i have only used them for an hour or so but thankfully they are pretty cheap to buy in bulk on amazon if you need more. One important note is that the 2 remotes that come with the lights use CR2025 batteries which are a little slimmer. So don't try using a CR2032 as it will not fit in there. When you first get them you need to open each light and remove the little piece of circular plastic so the batteries make contact, as you close them the light will turn on to show you it's working. Remove the pull tab from the remote and then use that to turn them off.Speaking of the remote it's nice that they give you two in case one breaks or you lose one, the remote control function of the lights works great. There are no instructions for the remote but here are all the functions if anyone needs them.ON & OFF - self explanatoryFLASH - quickly transitions between all the coloursSTROBE - not really a strobe effect but slowly pulses the bright white colour on & offFADE - slowly transitions all the colours into each otherSMOOTH - quickly transitions between red, green & blueThe sun icon with the arrows above and below it are for increasing & lowering the brightness. While using one of the flashing modes you can also change the speed of the flashing by using these brightness buttons. The rest of the buttons are for selecting colours, while the colours on the remote are not exactly the same shade as the light emitted they are a rough approximation, when you select a colour the light doesn't flash it solidly stays on the colour you selected which is useful as i find constant flashing annoying. One cool feature is if you select different colours or flashing modes on each individual light and them turn them off, it will remember whatever setting/colour you had when you next turn them back on. This makes for some interesting effects when you have them in the bath and some are transitioning and others stay on a paticular colour. If you have been playing with the brightness and flash speed setting and want to reset all of the lights to the default settings just unscrew them so the batteries lose contact and they will revert to default settings again. There are a lot of lights listed on Amazon and it was confusing which ones to get as they all seem to have mixed reviews but these ones i'm glad i got they really are nice quality. Lets put it this way i have already ordered a second set as i want more to play with.Review update:Now had 2 baths with these lights in totalling about 4 hours between the two, still waterproof and batteries still holding out great. Also i noticed when you place them in the water they are bottom heavy so the right themselves even if placed upside down in the bath so the light is always showing.Final update 5 months on, these still work great as ever i have used them in multiple ways and they still are all working. There is only one downside i have found and that's even when powered off they still drain the battery so if you leave them for a long time in between uses then you will most likely find the batteries dead the next time you turn them on. Best to remove the batteries when not using them but apart from that i'm still very pleased with them, they will serve a new purpose for halloween as they will be great for pumpkin lights too.

Initially ok, but have some doubts as to the long term viability.
Used the lights at our running club to provide 'runway lighting' for our training nights. Very bright and marked the path very well. A small issue with the batteries not lasting very long. Maybe I was over-optimistic. Been in communication with the supplier and they have been very supportive. Changed the batteries as needed and now looking forward to more colourful training nights in the future.

Ignore the haterz, these work
These are amazeballs. I was worried when peeps were whinging about water leakage......but I haven’t experienced that. They are a bit fiddly to open / tighten but that’s probably the design to keep water out. Use them in the hot tub, 4 at a time is ideal. The slow fade is nice too. Very bright, much brighter than the brand name hot tub light. Very happy. And all my batteries have worked so far.

Good, but battery disappointing
Honestly, they are fantastic and it’s so clever that you just point the remote at them to change the colour individually. (I thought I’d have to change them all at once etc) but the batteries have died after having them in our pumpkins for 4 evenings which isn’t ideal... they were only on for 4 ish hours a night.

Fun and flashy
Love them, not too bright or too big. I use them in my daughters room as a nightlight and turn them off when she's asleep with the remote. Many uses as they are waterproof also uses as disco lights for my under 10s party ( I have 30 lights) they love them, battery life ok but that's to expected with lights like this. Would definitely buy again

Disappointing didn't last
Lovely when first set up in pond but they don't last more than a few weeks despite putting them into rubber balloons to keep dry they no longer work just lasted a short time but the look lovely when working

Batteries don;t last long at all
Look fantastic when you first put in tank, but then very quickly all lights go dim after about an hour, remote won't work when items are in water, won't tun off or change colour, very disappointed with them. Considering each one takes a large cell battery would cost a fortune to replace after an hour of use.

Not worth the money or effort
Absolutely useless, brought a pack for our 350l tank, battery drained out after a few days of just normal day time use. The remote struggles to interact through water so lights need to be close to the glass for best results. Positive is you control each light separate so can have different light colours at the same time. Negative is you stand there for ages trying to turn them all on and off. I personally would not recommend them.
