Overall the product is great, but I ordered the purple thinking it would be a lilac color due to the pictures and it is a dark grayish purple! I was super disappointed!

Not easy to take off and so cheap looking but it's ok. I just not buy again but it works i mean it do is job like protect it

Your watch will not work with this case! The plastic screen is too thick for the touch screen to work unless you're pressing VERY hard. I turned on touch sensitivity to see if that helped and it didn't. Save your hard earned money. This has to be known by the seller yet they continue to sell. Also, there is a big color difference from what is pictured and how it looks in person, I'm very disappointed. I bought 2 and I'm out almost $20 for useless junk because I threw all the packaging away before trying them out.

When I saw the item I wasn't sure if I want to keep it or not, but I decided to try on the watch to see how it look. It didn't met my expectations so I decided to take it off to return it. What happened next was unbelievable; I couldn't take off the case from the watch. My nails were hurting and damaged. I gave it to my husband to try and he couldn't either. We tried with different plastic objects and even with my mouth and still we couldn't get it off. So finally I decided to tried with pliers. I knew that by doing this it will scratch the watch but at this point that was the only option. Even with the pliers it was so hard that when we were trying to lift it, it broke the screen of the case but the case itself wouldn't come out. I finally had to put more pressure and strength until it finally came out. We spent like 30 minutes trying to get this case off and when we finally did my watch ended up with some scratches and a broken new case.

It feels cheap as crap and mine popped off randomly and was lost, so I bought it again, I was carrying groceries and it once again just popped off with NO effort! It's also darker than the photo used to advertise it. I know you get what you pay for but this is awful.

They said it was red its not its pink and about the glass protector yeah there is no glass its 99.99% cheap plastic.
