After ankle surgery needed to apply ice every hour for 15 minutes. The cooling effect lasted and quick to refreeze. It was easy to put on. Fit my ankle size perfect. Stayed tight. Soft cover.

Great product! Easy to apply and stays cool good amount of time and not too long enough (trying to avoid frostbite). I used other ice packs and have ice machine but this works the best-it wraps up closely around the ankle. It comes with 2 ice packs inserts and they’re very flexible to warp around. The Velcro closes easily and stays firm in place.

Love this product! I broke my fifth metatarsal at the base and sprained my ankle. The cold pack perfectly chills the injured areas. Very happy with it.

OK. The issues; the ice packs last only 1/2 hour so they need frequent changing and the shape of the ice pack does not fit the shape of the sleeve/wrap. I like the wrap around the ankle but the ice pack shape does not fit. Perhaps adding a sleeve / pockets on the inside of the wrap and change the shape of ice pack to fit inside the sleeve to hold the ice packs in place. Even if you charge more money it’s worth it for a consumer dealing with a fractured ankle.

I have been having ankle pain on the outside of my left ankle for the past month or so. I've tried regular ice packs but I have to put my leg on top of the ice pack, which is of course awkward. I found the cold wrap so decided it was worth a shot.It feels wonderful! I put it on upside-down I believe, the soft side against my skin, not the plasticky side. It does make it a bit harder to secure, but so far I haven't had any issues.I do have large feet (10-11 wide width women shoes) and the icepack wraps fully around my foot and ankle. It could be a bit bigger, but it fits, which is the important part.It seems to be a high-quality product. I don't see anywhere that it might come apart easily. It is lighter than I expected, which is a nice bonus.I haven't tried walking with it on, but I see no reason there would be a problem.

Works very well on ankle swelling. I had a little difficulty figuring out exactly how to put it on, but it fits well and stays cold longer than some items I have used in the past.
