Great replacement remote - Got fed up using apps on my phone so when I lost my original remote, for the price this was an ideal alternative. Initially I thought the device was not working but it turned out I had put in old/dead batteries in however the seller responded to me within 24 hours trying to help!I also found my original remote so total wombat award goes to myself for using dead batteries and then finding the original remote but the product and the seller SB Components were top notch.I am using the remote on a 4K LG TV i purchased less than 10 months ago, for reference!

Worked straight away with no need to connect/install but the buttons have to be pressed VERY hard for the TV to pick up the input. I'm going to replace it with a better one but it's tied me over in between.

Remote start to fail after 4 months. I have been using the same button for these five months and they all start to fail. First of all is the OK button, then comes the back, 3 and 6 afterwards. All in the order of my frequency of use. Contact the seller and they says this product has only 3 months warranty. It seems this remote start to fail after 3 months doesn't surprise them. I think this remote is only for temporary use. I am going back to LG to buy a genuine one.

Ideal replacement remote for our LG model - an errant grandchild somehow contrived to lose the last one, and "free" smartphone apps were not working as an alternative.This interfaced perfectly with our existing LG set and allowed us full access to all the menus including sound vision and [oh thank you] the Smart TV menu for Netflix and Amazon Prime video.Arrived promptly, did the job perfectly.
