Thank you so much for this great tasting and fast working turmeric!! It noticeably reduces inflammation pretty quickly. I use it once per day for muscle soreness. I am a jogger and appreciate the help with relaxing my muscles. I also use it if I have a headache. Just a great product for reducing inflammation.
