However, creatine as a whole is a substance people need to be careful with due to its operational mechanic of pulling water from other organ systems into the musculoskeletal support muscles, particularly abdomen. I had to stop taking it as it personally affected my elimination cycle, by causing constipation and initial dehydration. If you're not a big water drinker in the first place, ensure you up it by at least 1 litre to compensate. For people with family history or existing diagnosis of IBD, CKD, heart conditions (atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, clotting disorders), ensure you have a baseline bloodwork before starting it as messing with the body's water cycle can affect the mentioned organ systems over time. While this review may be against industry standards for creatine marketing, the public should be more aware of these effects.

This product has fundamentally changed from an easy-to-take, pleasant tasting gummy where two gummies delivered the required dose of Creatine to a vile tasting, overly large and chewy gummy which requires you to eat three to get the same dosage. I’ve used another reviewer’s image, because it demonstrates perfectly what’s happened. Avoid these gummies at all costs.

I've been taking creatine for about 6 months now, the other kind I bought worked well, but they were big old horse pills and the dosage was three of them. I don't usually have any problem swallowing pills, but when it's like trying to eat a large cocktail sausage like a duck... not the most pleasant experience. Dosage for these is two gummies, and that's 5g per serving vs the 3g in most of the other Creatine products I've tried. They taste great (It can be difficult to resist taking an extra one because it's basically candy that I don't eat at all with my current fitness regimen) and I've not noticed any drop in performance after switching from my previous Creatine source. Of course, Creatine isn't a miracle muscle-building product, so don't expect miracles, but I do notice I have more energy and power when lifting, can definitely manage an extra few reps and recovery time both between sets and overall recovery from the workout is noticeably improved. Basically, Creatine means you can tolerate longer and more intense workouts, recover faster which means more progress in the long run.

The gummies taste great. They have recently changed the recipe and gummy mould so taste a bit different but still good. However the last gummies seemed to have a coating on them to stop them sticking together but the new ones dont. Makes it really difficult to get the gummies out the bottle once you're half way through, I've had to resort to cutting the bottle to reach the gummies. Would be better if they had a non stick coating on them or if they came in a pouch so they are easier to get the gummies out.

Packing is Good. The most important thing is that the creatine is good and works. I've felt the expected boost in strength and faster recovery between sets. In my experience, high-quality, creatine products rarely taste fantastic, so this is an acceptable trade-off for how well they work and how easy they are to take.
