Great tasting mushrooms, not like the fresh but a great substitute with no prep!
I recently tried these frozen mushrooms, and they’re surprisingly handy to have in the freezer. They cook up quickly and work great in soups, stir-fries, or as a pizza topping. The flavor isn’t quite as rich as fresh mushrooms, and they can get a bit watery if you’re not careful, but for the convenience, I really can’t complain. Perfect for those days when I don’t have fresh ones on hand but still want to add a bit of mushroom goodness to my meals. Great price too!

I like mushrooms!
Well I don't so much like mushrooms as absolutely love them ( it's like a religion to me). The idea of having frozen mushrooms was intriguing as I have never considered freezing them, they don't last long enough around here:-). These are excellent in soups, stews, vegi chow mein and many other dishes. Having said that, they are not appropriate for everything, as sometimes fresh mushrooms are best.
