I can feel a positive difference when I take it. Though I do wonder if it would be better made with fruiting bodies rather than mycelium like it is.Myriad Mycology has this available for less on their website. You're probably better off getting it there.

I can only hope it works like most dried food products. There is no way to test these things

Been mixing this in my coffee every day for months and making some great face masks out of it. This is the secret ingredient in those $80+ Asian mushroom-based face creams. I just make my own now for pennies on the dollar with incredible results. I’ve also been trying this brands other powders as well and I think they are the best money can buy. Grown in America with strict quality control! Amazing.

Haven’t tried this product and won’t. It’s insanely expensive and after looking at the ingredients it’s mycelium and not fruiting body which means it’s not made up of the mushroom itself but the medium in which it’s grown on (which it says is brown rice) and whatever part of the mushroom that’s within the rice. I imagine it to be like growing a flower in dirt, plucking out the flower and then selling the dirt itself as flowers because there’s remnants of the flowers root system left. There’s nothing here to state how much mushroom is in this product. Please do your research on mushrooms and learn the difference between fruiting body and mycelium based mushroom powders before paying this insane price!

I love that this is the main ingredient in some of the worlds most expensive Asian face products. So I decided to do some experiments and use it as a natural exfoliant with my face wash. I love it!! Makes my skin feel amazing and guess what!? It’s all natural so no more reading ingredient lists and googling what blablabla means and if it’s safe. Educate yourself! I love this stuff...
