I have purchased these in Large and Extra Large. I was concerned the XL would leak, but they have been great. Purchased for a disabled adult and they have performed better than I could have hoped. I can't find these in the store so I am happy to have found them here and for a reasonable price.

Cut very small. Used with XL diapers, as I like these better than XL brand due to outside liner.

Great product, A+. These are some of the best adult briefs I have found. Minimal bulk, but good coverage for where absorbing material is needed. Tabs are hook & loop, which hold well, but release and reattach easily for checking and reusing. I currently have the Ultra level, but will order the Super for more absorbancy. I will order these again.

Absolutely terrible purchase! They don’t fit properly, even though I measured myself and bought the correct size according to their chart, the second that you move after putting the tapes on they break, which is useless. They are more expensive than the other overnight pads, so I thought I was paying for the best and I certainly wasn’t whatever you do stay away from this product. It is terrible. They don’t fit properly. The tape does not hold. They don’t fit snuggly across your legs and your backside to hold anything in. I actually have to have that a regular depends on to make sure that I feel covered enough to go to sleep. I’m not going.
