The smell and taste...
Since I didn't have a gallbladder i decided to take to help out the liver.... but the taste and smell..not too good but if it's gonna help I can bare it. Would rather drink capsules maybe less smell or taste. Still taking so I can't review yet.

While I was always aware that Milk Thistle was good for liver health, that, in combination with NAC (N-acetyl Cysteine) is a powerful one-two punch. The other ingredients are complementary to the product, such as, Zinc, Choline, Dandelion Chicory, Tumeric, Beet Root, and Chanca Piedra. My own liver doctor recommended this product and it's very easy to use as directed. I too recommend this product and have been pleased with the results. It's not an overnight panacea, but, over time, will improve liver function.
