Use this one.
I cut vinyl for windows and banners. The last thing I want to do is go through the whole design and placement and cutting and weeding process and then discover the tape I've used to lift and place my letters or graphic is not sticky enough to lift and hold evenly and completely, or is so sticky it won't release after placing the cut pieces where I want them to go. I have never had that problem when I use this specific brand and type.

Not what everyone raves about
It will not adhere to the vinyl like the ciders on you tube. I was very displeased with this product. I ordered a different brand to use in my decal shop after I was disappointed with this particular brand. If I could return it I world. I bought 50 feet. Used maybe 3 feet. Will never buy again.
