Excellent practice for slide action and reloading, holstering. Lightweight yet durable
Feels lightweight, but at only $30 but you get what you pay for. I really like the handgun part, but don't really use the machine gun part, as it is a bit finicky. Seller resolved DOA first shipment very quickly, and over time the second unit has held up impressively, so I had to come back and update my review to 5 star. Not effective at all past what a weak nerf gun would shoot, but it's more fun to just play with it as a practice for reloading clips, cycling, ejecting mag, etc. Smooth mag eject is very nice, and the rail seems to fit standard picatinny size. Excellent toy.

Does not work
Although the gun looks cool, it is very poorly and cheaply made. My son was not able to properly shoot more than 1 bullet. I should have listened to the many 1* reviews. 0 durability and a very disappointed son.

Kid loves it, with some assistance
My kid has been wanting this type of shell ejecting gun for some time. It does so however not without its issues. The handgun alone seems to work well enough but it is a bit difficult to rack the gun loading the chamber even for myself. Hopefully that eases with use as you almost feel you’re going to break it with the amount of force required. The rifle attachment is full of features. My kid just kept finding switches to turn on. Flashlight, greendot scope, green laser sight. Which are actually pretty accurate on where the projectile goes. Huge bonus, already had batteries installed ready to go. However, with the handgun fitted inside it. The ejection chamber is not in the best of places and it was constantly jamming the cartridges instead of ejecting them all the way. This can cause you to end up with two projectiles loaded and potentially jamming even more while you try to clear it. The plus side though is the charging handle on the rifle makes chambering this a lot easier. The son love it which is all that matters, maybe just a few tweaks needed on how the two parts fit together.

Impressed
My son loves this. It's made of good quality, very firm. It's the size of the real version. The hand gun attaches well and racks with the slide without slipping off. It seems to connect well inside. The sites are pretty accurate. When racking you do have to make sure to let the slide slam forward from all the way back or it can jam. Also this is a single shot toy. Slide must be racked to eject empty shell and load the next round into the chamber after each trigger press. There are a few different kits for this gun so make sure to look at all of them before buying. One comes with a drum instead of the small mag, and another comes with something else. Very nice product overall. Well worth the price. My son doesn't play with any toys but loves these toy guns! They're a lot of fun. Also, this is 1 Gun, not 2. The pistol goes inside of the pistol brace to make it into the rifle.

Cool Idea, But Didn't Work
When I found this product I was thoroughly excited because I like using guns and this looked like a perfect gun to shoot my brother with while also looking stylish. When I bought the gun and it arrived I eagerly opened the box and read how to work it, the tips and tricks, and if it messes up, how I can fix it. I put the bullet into the casing and loaded it into the magazine, cocking the gun i fired and all that happened was the noise of it firing, nothing came out. Naturally I tried to cock it again but found the shell got jammed. After 5 minutes of struggling to get it out I finally reloaded the gun and tried again, the same exact thing happened again. I tried and tried getting more and more frustrated each time until, 30 minutes later, I gave up and sent it back. I advise anyone buying this product to be ready to return this cheap excuse for a toy gun, of course mine might have been broken, but I more fully feel that this is a piece of trash.
