Yes everything I expected it to do it did. Was not a bit disappointed

I bought two of these for my arms. I have severe tendonitis in both elbows. They work great to help ease the pain. It has three heat levels. All work very well. The high heat is definitely hot, so be aware when using on high. The size is adjustable for comfort. I have fat biceps and they fit nicely. I definitely recommend these.

I used this heating pad for about 10 times and then it stopped heating. Initially it provided good heat. Now it produces a little bit of heat on the max setting, but barely noticeable. Try a different product.

The heat sleeve works great It relieved my soar muscles it gets pretty warm but not enough to burn. It has straps that can adjust to your arm You can also remove the electrical plug and use a usb I recommend this product
