However, after 2 weeks nothing changed, so I decided to call support, after several department transfers, speaking to several people, one person asked me for my details and said that someone would contact me, then a person from the help department remote called me, I explained the problem and she told me that it wasn't like that, that I would have to do some kind of interview to be approved, like a job interview, but that I could use it locally, like a J2534, I said that J2534 I already have several, which I bought because of remote access, after answering the questions, she said that I would receive an email asking for more information, I promptly received the email and answered everything that was asked, another two weeks passed and nothing changed, I sent two more emails asking about the progress and no one responded. So after a month of purchase I'm going to return this equipment, to use it just as a J2534 it's not worth the price and I already have several, and to use it for remote programming I'm going to continue using my SmarLink from Launch.
