Manufacturers warranty
The screen is actually lifting up off of the device and it hasn't even been a whole year yet... I'm having a hard time trying to identify the manufacturer for product warranty..I like the phone but it has also starting to not want to turn on or stay on or charge but only some times. I have to move my service to another phone giving this phone a break and then I move my service back after letting the phone just sit for a week or so.... please help me replace this device..

Returned but still charged
Bought as a gift for my brother but it didn't work with his carrier, we returned it. I paid for USPS to pick it up. Seller said they didn't get it and charged me for it. Shame on you!
