Beautiful product and great customer service
I bought my new born sons name from here and it was broken but it was the shippers fault. And then I contacted the merchant and they send me a new name and I received it and is perfect they really care about their customers and I really appreciate it thank you

Item was chipped when it arrived. I contacted customer service and got no response. It was lesser quality than anticipated, in general.
