I ordered this faucet for my house in Israel and when I received it it was missing a small part that connects the faucet to the sink or marble. I contacted the company that day and after explaining to them in an email what was missing I was told that a replacement part would be sent to me instead of the missing part. To my amazement I received today at FedEx a new faucet with all the necessary accessories even though only one small part was missing, that could be shipped in an envelope and it is 3,500 miles from the United States to Israel. I would like to thank the supplier for an exceptional service, it is clear to me that the shipping costs by delivery by express mail to Israel was much higher than the cost of the faucet I purchased through Amazon. With such an excellent service and customer support, what more could you ask for... Highly recommend the faucet and as the supplier and like I said before an Excellent Customer Service!!!
