RueZone_1 do not care about their customers after they have sold the product
I use the phone to run a small business and only had it for 2 months. It started to freeze and black out and not turn on. I asked RueZone_1 if they could send me a replacement while they looked at the problem as I did not want to lose money from my business as I rely on it. RueZone_1 refused and this is a direct quote from them,"I do not see how this is our mistake the device has simply failed after 2 months and this can happen and does happen with many products."This says to me that they do little or no product testing and do not have any confidence in the products they sell. They also suggested that I spend more money on a cheap phone and also pay for posting and packing. Now I am stuck with a subpar phone that does not do what was promised by RueZone_1. Massive disappointment.

Brilliant!!!
I have looked into the Sony Xperia's for a little while and decided on this one, which is the upgraded version on the Sony Xperia X. I have never owned one before, my previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and I really needed an upgrade as I had that one for about 2.5 years.... I have to say this Sony mobile is Awesome!! It's fast, sharp and crisp graphics, the front facing and normal camera are extremely good and have lots of fun settings you can play around with, even a 'soft skin' effect which I found different, they have really gone a long way with the cameras on this phone, which is one of the reasons I bought it as I love taking photos. Easy phone to navigate, if you have an Amazon Fire Tablet, the menus and with closing the windows when you're done is pretty much exactly like that, which I like. Great phone to use, it's not small but it's not too big either, Phone is exactly as described and is probably the best I've ever had. I believe Sony is the way forward in the mobile phone world. You can even connect it to your PS4 and use the phone as a controller for it (so I've heard from a friend who has one) which is Awesome so I will have to try that out with mine at some point. It runs apps fine, the updates etc took a couple of hours when you first turn it on (because of all the apps I had from my play store) but updated fine and nothing to complain about. It arrived with around 30-40% battery when I received it which is also great.... I can't complain about Anything on this phone... The only thing I can say is buy yourself a case of some sort for it, only because, well, no one likes dropping their new phone haha! I'd definitely recommend this!!

Far to many issues for a so called premium flagship phone
After one day of using the phone I've sent it back, may have been a rogue phone but at the price I'm not prepared to keep it.Pro'sNice screenPremium feel and weightSeems pretty quickCon'sAfter you remove the earphones I have to restart the phone to get the phone speakers working again., earphones are notincluded but I use high-end Sony earphones so their should be no reason for this to happen.WI-FI is terrible, anything more than 12ft away from my 5ghz router and the phone looses the Wi-Fi connectionand yes I have the 2.5ghz and 5ghz connections separated through the router. No other phone in the house has this problem. The battery drains far to fast you can just watch the % fall just by having the screen on, I'd be lucky to get half a day out of the phone.Would I recommend this phone absolutely not.

Weak battery life mars a decent phone.
This doesn't wow you like some other phones but it is a nice phone to use day to day because it works when you need it. Compare the camera against rivals and they'll win if you compare like with like. But photos are still good. Only if you crop in will you notice a bit of noise. However for some reason when you aren't testing it and just want a photo when you need a photo it delivers. I didn't have my camera with me for a landscape shot and what this phone took was brilliant. For another portrait it realised I was shooting against the sun and lighted up the people to compensate. Very clever. In low light at an open air show it was once again very good. No 4k video but the full HD at 60fps is very nice. Its also quick in general use, good with games and nice for browsing the Web. Feel of the phone is good. Reception is decent also. So why only 3 stars? Battery life. I had the X and was hoping this would be faster with similar battery life. In the real world if you're doing light tasks they're similar but if you're using that processor it'll be a lot worse. I've never got over 3 hours screen on for this vs 4 for the x. Big difference. The x is also not much slower apart from in very intensive games. Another mark off for the poor quality speaker. If you don't mind charging your phone twice a day this is a good option. But the x is probably better for most.

Don't buy it.
I had previously owned a whole string of cheap phones, none of which ever went wrong but their memories proved to be too small. The Xperia X was my first mid-range phone, with enough memory (including expandable memory) to cope with anything I was going to ask of it. I loved it - for a while. Then it started to go wrong; the speaker has ceased to work three times in the year after the guarantee ran out, and the 'house' music app has gone haywire. Now I cannot even get sound using headphones. In addition, the screen will often go all murky, solvable only by switching off and re-starting - which I had to do three times yesterday alone. My respect for the Sony brand, which I had previously admired, has vanished, and I'm shortly off to the phone repair shop once more. The phone is two years old and I wish I'd never bought it; I almost hope the repair company says it's beyond saving so I have an excuse for getting something decent.
