Sofa arrived without metal frame base. Amazon cut me loose and gave me the number for the manufacturer to try and resolve. Arms were also crushed. Very poor experience so far. Hope the manufacturer or Amazon make this right.

As the title says, it is very heavyweight and sturdy item. The sofa came assembled in one piece and only the steel stand needed to be screwed on to the sofa. It was a big parcel and it took a lot of effort to bring it in to my apartment.On first glance, it looked beautiful. The faux leather has a sheen to it and it looks really beautiful.However, once you sit on it then you realize that it is not confortable at all. It is a purely commercial product and is not intended for home use i guess. The cushions are extra rigid and doesn't compress at all. You would want to add some cushion to it but then you will not have much space to sit on it as the sofa is not deep enough for putting cushions on the back.Overall, you can avoid this sofa if you are looking for a confortable sofa. I tried to sleep on it and ended up with some pack in my back.If i had an option i would have returned it but looking at the size i have no inclination to pack it up and send it back. Guess, I am stuck with an unconfortable sofa for a few years as the build quality is really good.

This couch looks amazing! It is a very good Knoll knockoff and the faux leather feels suprizingly real!! DO NOT buy this sofa for comfort. It feels stiff and hard at first. However, I have had it a month and it is starting to soften up. Delivery was perfect, on time, friendly, and professional. I would give this purchase 10 stars if I could based on aesthetics alone!

I know they market this for "waiting rooms", I got it for my home office. It looks incredible, but is very stiff to sit on and cushions are not removable (why?). Leather is soft but feels dry. Overall good value, as I suspected something had to give quality wise with a price like that.

I hated this couch. I bought it in 2013 because I could ship it directly to my new house. One less thing for the movers, right? I also liked the style, but it was impractical. I sat on less than 10 times in the 3 years I had it. It was too stiff to sit on and impossible to find a comfortable spot. The back of the couch was also too low and didn’t give much support. I avoided sitting in my living room because the couch was so uncomfortable.I learned that I shouldn’t buy a couch before sitting on it. I ended up donating it to a nonprofit and got a charitable contribution deduction for my taxes.

This couch looks exactly like a $25,000 Designer Knoll sofa. Dead ringer! The only downside is that it is 100% not comfortable. I knew this before buying it so it’s ok. I wanted it more for the look. If your looking for a cozy sofa this is not it but if your looking for a sofa that looks exactly like a $25,000 Knoll it’s amazing!

Good looking solid furniture. Need a good power drill and another person to help align / attach chrome base. Take your time, don't hurry and it will be perfect. Very pleased with the results.

Amazon rejected my review when it was just me reviewing it. Now, I hope that they will let me post my review. This sofa is extremely uncomfortable. It is quite stiff. It also looks and feels artificial. I would not buy from these guys again.
