Following a bone scan I was told to take supplements. I’m not good at taking tablets so chose these as an alternative. Chewy with a pleasant taste, good alternative for me than tablets

It's to help with joint pain. Easy to take pleasant taste. Have only just started taking them so can't really say how good they are yet
