I think this is ridiculous. I had another branded one but it snapped. This was must be for short people ( iam not tall 5foot6.). I couldnt even do any exercise with it as it is too short. Eg the standing up one i was having to bend my back as with my arms straight it was just so short with just holding it loose. I could only get it to my chest which worked no muscle what so ever and that was it fully stretched. The sitting down one does nothing. I am now going to rebuy the body sculpture one.

you get what you pay for!Have purchased a slightly more expensive product and much happier.A simple sheet inside giving advise on usage would have been a massive help and reassurance.

Came here fast but I'm 4 ft 7 inches tall so it didn't work. Works for everyone else but do not recommend if you're a small person.

It's a good product as long as it dousant break it seems a bit flimsy but for the money no complaints. Mike .

I struggle to get my feet in the band when wearing trainers.

Good value for money, band could be a little stronger.
