If you love black opium like I do but don't want to pay the price this right here is as close as you cab can get to the OG for a way better price. The bottle is gorgeous and huge and the scent lasts quite a long time (on me) I've tried the oakcha version of black opium and I still prefer this version over the oakcha and this is a way better deal. You get a bigger bottle for about the same price as with oakcha so I will definitely repurchase this when I run out.

Smells just like black opium!

This smells good, but I think all the people saying it's a dupe for YSL haven't worn YSL 😂 Definitely not a match, but I'll still finish the bottle and go back to my name brand. It is definitely much more reasonably priced, the bottle is beautiful, and it does smell very good. It wears off about mid day, but I find my watch band eventually held the scent after accidentally spraying it multiple times. If you're a long time ysl wearer this won't match close enough.

If you have Afnan Modest Deux, this is almost identical but Modest Deux is slightly sweeter. So you don’t need both. If you like fruity dark sweet gourmands, then this is the scent for you. This is a scent that can cause a headache if you are spray heavy so I wouldn’t suggest this if you are sensitive. Also, this is NOT a spring summer scent or warm weather scent because it’s rich, decadent, and “heavy”. Overall, I LOVE this scent and being in colder climate I can’t wait to wear this in the fall and winter.

I bought a bottle of this because my girlfriend liked the smell of black opium, and I did some research and read that this might be a good option. While it's not a bad fragrance, it's not a good dupe of BO. It's reminiscent of it, but the biggest difference is that this fragrance is very much a floral scent and doesn't have much vanilla or coffee than BO. (I have heard it might change scent as it sits, and this is as of one month on the shelf.) As a standalone fragrance, it's not terrible, and I can't bash it too much. It was just not what I was expecting at all when I ordered it (and returns aren't allowed, yay!)

Gets the feminine side , I gave it to my daughter, she was very pleased

What I like about this is that, this perfume does not turn sour on my skin unlike the original YSL Black Opium. On spray, yes it does give you the Black Opium vibe but as it dries down, it will give you a sweet smell. Again, maybe the original isn’t for me because like I said it turns sour as it dries down which puts me off. To my nose, this has a more pleasant smell than the original.
