Great stand up desk with electric motors. Very sturdy and easy to use. No messing with levers or the desk jerking when lowering or raising. Nice smooth movement up and down with the push of a button. I have a large 42" tv as my monitor!

I have had this lifter for a month and this all happened within a week of owning it. This desk lifter CANNOT even hold 30 pounds, the platform is bending from holding my monitor. Plastic pieces just randomly break off of it. It has come off center and doesn't go up and down fully anymore. Lastly, the screws underneath it have scratched up and done quite some damage to my personal desk. I requested a return from VIVO and they gave me a full refund so its difficult for me to give them a bad review because they did the right thing.

I bought this hoping that it was quiet. I just started working from home and I needed my monitors to be a bit higher. I saw various shelves and platforms… and then I came across this. The price is extremely reasonable and worth it to save me from the frustration of manually raising and lowering the platform.I ordered it on a Friday morning and it got here the next day, Saturday! Crazy fast! I took it out of the box and assembled it. Really easy, just some screws and the plug in. And then put the monitors and equipment on it. Easy Peasy!What I love is that it is super quiet so I can adjust it while on a call or zoom. Others have mentioned that it isn’t level. When it settles in the down position, it does seem to lay flat. When it raises, it tilts slightly forward. But I kind of like that. It’s very slight and the monitors arc a bit toward me. Not sure if that’s by design or just a glitch… but I actually like it. Again, it’s very slight.This product is worth it. Buy it. Most electronic lifts are way more expensive. This one is a great product and is very much aligned with the description.

Product is wellmade and customer service is excellent. My original order turned out to be defective. It stopped working after 6 days so we called customer service and they sent us a replacement right away.

Do NOT buy! I’ve had this a year and the mechanism failed twice. The first time by husband managed to get it working again, but it was tenuous. Today I had it at full height, it suddenly failed and all my equipment came crashing down! Thankfully only the docking station was ruined not the laptop or large monitor. This equipment belongs to my employer. I love standing part of the day so this time I ordered another brand and bought the protection plan.
