I've been using the laser for few months. The first came in and the laser didn't work out of the box, and it was returned and replaced. I had issues with the Configuration File not coming up on the second one. I could use the laser with no problems but could not expand the image area without the Configuration file. I had great support communications back and forth with their support group when trying to resolve this. Every time they answered quickly. They sent a configuration file to me for download, and I tried to import it but there were errors, it didn't import, and they sent me a FedEx return for it and shipped me a new one (which is on the way); preparing the paperwork the same day. I had purchased another unit from Amazon, the price had dropped a lot from the first that I bought. I like the unit. I thought about sending the new unit back, but it didn't cost much with this new price point, and the unit works great with Laser GRB for what I'm doing. I may go ahead and unbox the second unit and set it up for backup or to get more work done faster with large projects. I've had no problems with the quality or the laser's abilities to give a good performance, The area that I could cover however was limited, because of the missing Configuration file (I couldn't change it) so hopefully the replacement will be fine. I was using the unit up until the time I sent it back and it gave good results. I like it to be honest.

The media could not be loaded.  Couldn’t find any video to help me with this issue! Engraver was easy setting up but the laserGrBL download seems cheap and unreliable for this engraver machine. Will be shipping this thing back.

I have read another review the same as this but I am hoping to get this resolved so I don't have to send it back. I have download the Laser GRBL software to my computer and followed all instillation instructions. When going to the configuration screen nothing shows up. I did not have the configuration file on the Flash Drive provided as it has stated in another review. I would like this issue be resolved because the laser engraver is nice and if I can get it configured correctly I think it will be a high quality laser. I have searched online for the configuration file with no lick. please help me so I do not have to ship it back and purchase a different engraver. I have provided photos of my configuration scree, and what was installed on the flash drive provided. there are not any G-Code files prvided.

The media could not be loaded.  I am new to laser engraving and wanted to develop my hobby in my spare time. Before purchasing this machine I watched many videos on YouTube about laser engraving and I wanted to produce unique creations like them.It arrived the next day, so much so that I was excited! The 10w laser came in a long box, well packed. The 10w laser came in a long box, well packaged, with all the tools needed to assemble the laser engraver and a pair of green protective eyewear, as well as a user guide. It took me about ten minutes to assemble, the most important step was the connection between the pulley and the conveyor belt (check out the installation video).The biggest hurdle I found was figuring out what software to use and how to use it. In the end, I found my worries to be unwarranted; QQCASE had already prepared a silver flash drive for me, clearly telling me that it was loaded with the software and tutorials I needed for laser engraving, and I was amazed at the technical support I received! I ended up using Lightburn, which they recommended, and I'm very happy with it.Secondly, the software is a bit complicated for a novice and it requires some patience, while the software tutorials provided by the seller can shorten my learning curve to a great extent. It will take me a while to learn until I can fully master it.So far I really like this machine. I will continue to update the review if any problems occur in the future.

The setup of this was very easy as was the use. I used LightBurn on Mac OS for the software and everything worked as described. However, after roughly a week of very light use, the laser has now stopped working. the servos are working well for positioning but, the laser does not fire. I have contacted customer support and will update when I have a resolution. I hope that it's simple, because it worked very well until it didn't.Update: I moved the rating to 3 stars. Customer support was quick to respond and offer suggestions. After trying their advice, they recommended returning for a replacement which, I have done. The replacement should arrive in a couple of days and I will start again. I'm hoping that this was an anomaly and that the next laser lasts since I am happy otherwise. I will update again.New update. Customer support understood the possible problem and suggested I return the laser. I did so for a replacement and it has been working great since. Thanks!

I got everything setup only to find there's no initial configuration file for LaserGRBL, and I can't find a way to contact the seller for help. I can't move past program installation. Been working on this for hours and no luck.Seller says in the Q&A that the configuration file is on the USB drive that came with the device, but it's not. I searched. There's no way to communicate directly with this seller. You will get forwarded to Amazon's bots every time you need an answer. Beware!Also, the assembly instructions show you how to assemble it WRONG. It's reversed. Look at the pictures of the finished product and compare to the assembly process. Don't follow the assembly instructions or it will be reversed. Mine came assembled backwards from the "factory". My x/y origins are backwards. Images have to be reversed for text to be correct.I'm returning it for a refund. I'll get one from a different seller.
