Easy to use.
The media could not be loaded. My bathroom needed another fan so I bought this one. It’s not as foggy as it used to be after a warm shower. It’s small and the perfect size for my bathroom. It’s easy to use, easy to set up, and it rotates. The color is perfect. Great fan power and you can set the level of the fan.I would recommend it. Whether you use it in your office or bathroom, it will help keep you cool.

Both Broke right after return window ended
Fan worked great for the first month. Easy to instal, good settings. I loved it so much I bought another. No damage occurred and both fans broke a little after a month they were turned on. Now they won’t start. Cheap garbage. DONT BUY, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Easy to mount. A little noisier than expected
Fan works well enough. Decent amount of air and good remote. It's noisier than I expected (but not too bad).

Faulty Design
This was a great little fan for a short while. It’s quiet and perfect for my needs. However there appears to be a design fault with the electrical connections after using the oscillate for short while . I exchanged it for another and the same thing happened. If they fixed this fault I would buy one again because I have not found another 10” fan as quiet and unobtrusive.UPDATE: I had given up on this fan but the company saw my review, contacted me right off, and send another replacement. This one is working great for some time now. The company service team is top notch. And I'm so glad this fan works because it is perfect for my needs and super quiet. I will definately be recommending this to others.

Not worth it
Got the fan, put it up, easy enough. Used it at nite to move ac air around on low. 5 days later,just stopped working. Changed batteries on remote, which were new anyhow. Unplugged couple times and nothing. Looks great, but definitely a missed step with quality for sure. I can see now why it has numerous returns.

Design flaw with the 10" fan
The fan itself is great, but the power cable broke within a few weeks from the constant oscillating. Now we need to shake the cable to get the fan to turn on at all and cannot use the oscillating function or the fan shuts off. We have both 10" and 8" fans and if I were to buy again, I would stick with the 8" since the cable doesn't constantly twist while the fan turns leading to the cable breaking.

it’s a fan. It does what it’s supposed to do very well and quiet.

Broken/Dead in under 5 uses
I purchased this in October of 2024. Due to unnecessary events, I unboxed it and put it up on January 2, 2025. Nothing was wrong with the handing of pre/post shipping. It ran for 4 days. All the functions for timers and such seemed to work during this timeframe; however, it just stopped working and will not turn on. It is completely dead. If that didn't happen I was probably going to give it a 5-star rating. If I were to receive a new one that works, then I will adjust the star rating.
