Excellent product. Easy to used. Great design. Works as described. Loving the clear ice and process. Purchased multiple of each size to use in our bar. Customers have complimented the clear ice elevating the cocktails. Worth the investment!!

Works as advertised. And I had a feeling when buying it that there wouldn’t be much to it, but it’s crazy that a cheap plastic container, some packing foam and a silicone tray cost nearly $80.

Perfect ice... almost! One cube always comes out a bit funky, but the rest are perfect. Needed one small hack (office clip on the end) to keep the silicone insert straight - but all in all great product.

Clear ice on the first attempt. Outstanding communication from the seller - reaching out to ensure I got it working. Easier than any other product I have used (of which there are many)
