The media could not be loaded.  Had an electrician install this. Was so pleased when he showed me it done. The room is not that large and the light does look a little big but then who stares up at the ceiling :) :) . The light being dimmable is great, it really is. Having the fan on speed No. 1 was fine. Felt a very gentle breeze. On No. 2 slightly stronger and in hot weather would probably be the one I would use. Speed 3 not sure I would use but who knows.The other great thing about this is that it is virtually silent. Anyone saying noisy then must be how it has been installed or ??? Because literally you have to strain your ears to hear the motor, even on speed 3. I had 2 installed today and just ordered a third for the final room. Cannot rate these highly enough.Please note this is not for low ceilings. You need 2.3 meter clearance from floor to blades for it to be safe.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a really good quality product, well built and premium feeling fan light.This is heavy, you will need to connect to a joist. It's 6kg but manual states fitting need to support 16kg.Quite straight forward to fit but likely to need 2 people.Operates really well, on first setting is almost silent, really impressed with the spinner, just spins freely. I am a light sleeper, and can leave the fan on low while I sleep, so impressed with that.I'm already looking at other places to fit one!

This is a very high-quality product; recommend. Do be aware that this is quite a hefty piece of kit and definately must be afixed to strong ceiling mounts as described in the instructions. I was lucky to be able to screw (my own longer) screws into ceiling joists on one side and then a supporting piece of wood (sitting above the plasterboard) on the other side.If strong/secure supports are not available you would NOT be able to trust this to plastboard fixings for example. I would not have trusted its weight and the stress the fan-motion generates to those types.Operations is great, the light is ON with your light-switch and can be turned OFF/ON (and dimmed) with the remote. The fan will never need to go above speed #1 for my usage. Speed #2 is heavy and #3 is hurricane! :)I only got caught-out by NOT reading the instructions in full before starting. If I had I would have read the bit about the controller-unit needing to sit in the space above the unit hanging rod ..... the space which I had already though was perfect to place my wiring terminals!There is really no spare room in the lights bracket, if you have pre-existing wiring terminal-blocks you will need to put them in the ceiling void, above the devices ceiling bracket.A+

The fan is amazing is really quite and feels like a clam breeze at the seaside.My advice is to pay the extra for an amazon expert to put the fan up because i got some electricians from british gas and all they did was moan. So many parts sod this it will take hours on & on i just wish i had payed the extra to get an amazon expert to fit the fan.Every thing works perfect though in the end and i am really happy with the fan. The only worry i have is if the light blue goes or one wants to change to daylight nobody knows the spare parts exist.But i think if something did happen to the light a lighting shop could fit new led strips inside.

We bought this as we have 2 pc's in the room, and with us both forced to stay home, it was getting hot in the up stairs study(aka bedroom).The fan is a little bit of a pain to assemble and fit to the room, as i had to rewire the terminals(wires would not reach, so i made longer tails to connect).Like others have said, the remote is a snug fit into the space above the fan, but once you work out where you need the sensor it is easier.The only real down side is the sensor for the remote. As the one we got would not fit into the hole in the fan main unit, so we have a open hole(for spiders to nest) as the sensor has a long wire so we had to wrap this round the inner holding spindle and leave only a small bit sticking out, which made the roof rose mount at a slight angle(if you care to stare at my ceiling).It was fairly simple to fit, and took about 1.5 hours total, from stripping the old light out and finishing the new fan light.The blades took the longest to fit, as they are quite fiddly, but i simply used a nail punch with a small head to line up the holes and then fit the screws. You could do this on the ground, but then the blades get in the way.. making it more awkward.Overall it is a great fan, and makes only a very low amount of noise at setting 1 & 2. but on no.3 you can hear the blades work, but it is not much of a noise, and not that noisy if i am honest.Previously we had a swan 16" fan pedestal fan and that made a lot of noise on setting 1, and the new ceiling fan is half that noise on 3. Also it did not move as much air as the new one does, so this is a nice upgrade and a big win in our books, as it provides the much needed cooling for the study.

The description of the Alta Vista says it has a 3 speed remote control. In the description it is mentioned that the fan operates 6 speeds. Can someone clarify this?

We purchased two of these in October 2020 for our two sons bedrooms. All seemed great until 3 years when the light fittings on both started to fail and flicker.Unfortunately both have now had to be replaced.The fans are good but we paid a little more for a supposedly quality brand. 3 years of use on a LED fitting is poor.

Easy to install and quiet as a mouse. Puts out a strong enough breeze to beat the heat!

Der Ventilator wurde in Einzelteilen gut verpackt geliefert. Beim Auspacken zeigte sich, dass die Deckenhalterung verbogen war. Die freundliche Dame der gut erreichbaren Hotline wusste mit meiner Beschreibung nichts anzufangen, so dass ich gebeten wurde, eine email mit Bild an den Support zu schicken. Dort wurde das Problem sofort erkannt und umgehend Ersatz geliefert. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist vielsprachig und deswegen sehr aufgebläht. Die Beschreibung ist überdurchschnittlich genau und gut verständlich. Da ich bereits einen ähnlichen Ventilator bei meinem Sohn zusammengebaut habe, konnte ich auf die Anleitung weitgehend verzichten. Ich habe den Ventilator auf dem Tisch komplett zusammengebaut, und nicht der Anleitung nach die Rotorblätter am bereits hängenden Gehäuse. Fand ich persönlich einfacher. Fummelig war das Unterbringen des Fernsteuerempfängers in die Deckenhalterung, dafür braucht man eher sehr schlanke Finger. Von Vorteil ist es, bereits beim Anschrauben der Deckenhalterung darauf zu achten, dass sich das Stromkabel aus der Decke nicht hinter, sondern seitlich des Empfängers befindet. Der Ventilator und die Fernsteuerung funktionierten auf Anhieb. Sehr ruhiger Lauf, für mich unhörbar (bin jedoch schwerhörig). Im Schlafzimmer ist durchaus Stufe 1 ausreichend. An der Decke sieht er gut aus.

Très content, a l'air solide, de bonne facture, ne bouge pas et est très silencieux.Je l'ai installé dans ma chambre où le plafond est une dalle en béton. J'ai préféré utiliser des chevilles bétons plutôt que celles fournies. Ca m'a pris environ 2h30 tout seul sans me presser. La notice est claire.Il est moderne j'adore :)

Esteticamente è bello e ben fatto, le pale sono in legno verniciato, usabile da entrambe i lati grigio da uno e legno dall'altro perché si intoni con l'arredamento, è silenzioso e l'intensità della luce è regolabile dal telecomando con una buona luminosità generale, un po' laborioso il montaggio perché il tutto e molto compatto, consegna amazon impeccabile

Muy satisfechos con la compra. Con la velocidad 1 ya es suficiente para dormir cómodamente toda la noche. Tal vez la 2 cuando aprieta aún más el calor. Francamente no creo que usemos la 3. De día la temperatura exterior puede llegar a 37-38ºC y de noche caer a a los 25ºC. Aún así, creo que la velocidad 3 es excesiva para nuestras necesidad ;-) En 1 y 2 apenas se oye, y sólo el movimiento de las aspas que mueven aire. En la 3 es más evidente y siempre por el mismo motivo. Nunca molesto. A velocidad 3, la oscilación es evidente, pero no preocupante. El mando funciona fenomenal. La luz muy intensa y regulable. Muy agradable y más que suficiente, es más, a máxima potencia resulta excesiva !!La instalación es MUY SENCILLA. Lo "peor", atornillar las aspas. Comparado con el resto del proceso, las aspas resultaron algo farragosillas, nada importante.Lo hemos anclado con un par de tacos del 8 al techo, al comprobar que no estaba hueco. Tacos Fischer especiales. Desde luego los que trae el paquete, no sirven.
