Great cooler
This is replacing an larger old one that finally broke down. At first I was a little underwhelmed by the strength of the fan, in comparison, but that’s because this one is quite a bit smaller. It does a great job cooling. I don’t use the ice packs. We live in the desert and have a swamp cooler for the whole house, but it doesn’t reach my work area, so I have this for supplemental use. The negatives: construction is a bit flimsy for the price- I’ve pulled the louvers off the track a couple of times just adjusting them, and the plastic is thin. I despise the idea that everything needs to be “electronicified” these days, I wish there were just physical switches. The touch pad often takes several taps to adjust a setting. I have no idea what the modes do (normal, natural, sleep). There’s no description in the manual and I can’t hear or notice any difference when I change them. I appreciate that it’s pretty quiet, that’s a big plus to me and welcome change from my old one.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

High maintenance cooling
I expected more from the description. It's like a human, humid swamp cooler the requires feeding! I ultimately used frozen ice packs (vs. the included cool, fridge packs) and also used refrigerated water when filling it. It's not whisper quiet. It has a off and on drone when running. I ordered a window-hose A/C unit to replace it 2 weeks after it arrived. I kept it but only as a backup for small spaces if needed. Not worth the price. Suggestions: Invest another $50-100 to get a real A/C.

Good product for the money
It is a great for a small space and the only things I found negative is that the water doesn't last long if you keep it in the cold mode. I had to get up in the middle of the night to add water even though keeps working as a fan only.

Not the best
I really like the whole concept of it but it isn’t as powerful or cooling as I was expecting. You pretty much have to be sitting directly in front of it to feel the cool breeze.

Acceptable product.
Sleep mode isn't right, sometimes quiet and then sometimes noisy, I won't use this mode anymore.

Does it work
It does work really well. I would like to say there should be more of the ice packs. Once I added Cold water to the resivour it worked better than expected. It exceeded my expectations when the temperature reduced 5 degrees.

Doesn't really cool
I hae a medium sized office and the product really doesn't cool very well. I have the fan blowing directly on me and that works, but the a/c cool air due to frozed blocks.... doesn't work.
