There is everything to commend this book.Will be of great help to enthusiasts of the culinary art.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to give some positive feedback on this brilliant book. With so many cookbooks out there that are full of recipes that oddly don't seem to work when you try them, it therefore make's a mockery of all those so called celebrity chef's and there reputation. Ive tried a few of the recipes in this book and they work. Infact they are sublime and I happen to know a former chef of the year and a current holder of 3 AA Rosette's, that has this book in his kitchen and refer's to it on a daily basis. Clear details of incredible recipes, that allows us to remember a superb meal at Le Gavroche.

Cookbook is brilliant but doesn’t come with the ‘50 years’ cover as advertised. Just the ‘normal’ cover. Called to get replaced with correct item but just got sent the incorrect item again. Good customer service regarding replacement apart from it still being incorrect

If you want to whow your friends and family with really good food then this is a must. All you need to create a memorable lunch or dinner at home with all of the touches of a world class restautant. Very simple and easy to follow with this you can create a meal that is totally rounded and very easy to produce. Step by Step and explanation with clear and well defined steps to follow.

I have marked many recipes to try, which to me is exactly what you want from a recipe book

The book was used but actually looks new, so it deserved my highest rating.The book is elegant, compact and solid, particularly indicated as a niche gift.It is excellent for those who like haute-cuisine, recipes are well described and pictures introduce you to a different level of cooking.

Michel Roux's passion is evident in this book. His recipes are clear and I'm looking forward to working my way through them.

This is a cookbook you need to sit down with in a comfy chair, with a glass of wine, and read cover to cover. Chef Roux, Jr. writes of his history intimately and informatively. You gain a greater understanding of his evolution by his weaving his family history with his restaurant and cooking history. The recipes are elegant yet manageable and the results divine. ...not to mention, he is my new heart throb!!

Michel Roux Jr. is a 3-star Michelin chef. Why not get your recipes from the best. Quite a few of these recipes are doable by the home cook without too much difficulty. Just follow the directions step by step.
