Easy to fit and it does the job. Arrived in two days and then it took less than 5 minutes to get my two slice Dualit toaster back up and running. An earlier reviewer suggested getting two new screws. I didn't and regretted it. I fitted the part easy enough but have stripped the screw heads a bit taking them off and putting them on again. Will make it more difficult should the part need to be removed in future. Given how cheap this type of screw is in bulk, it would not kill the supplier to send two new screws with the part.

I've often wondered why Dualit toasters were so expensive. Now I've opened up the inner workings I can see that it's because you can replace every piece and it will still turn out perfect toast each time. it took me minutes to swap over the faulty timer for the new one. I had no problems with the screws; they all went back exactly as they came out. Our 15 year old toaster is as good as new.

When the timer started sticking I was going to throw the toaster out because I was worried that it would set fire to the house. However I found this on Amazon and ordered it. It was very straightforward to fit and works beautifully. Very pleased and saved a lot of money.

We are quite pleased with this item. Not too difficult to install but care needed to follow wiring connections given in instructions provided. Works well.

This item was perfect and easy to install as per advise from previous reviews. Don't know why we put up with a faulty timer switch for so long when it was this quick and simple to replace!
