Its mostly horseradish, that's why I bought it. I put it in my homemade Dill Dip, to have a spicier bite to it.You can make it less spicy, just use less S&B Prepared Wasabi in Tube, and hot sauce.Here's the recipe:I used a tablespoon of MayoA batch of low fat sour cream2 batches of Greek plain yogurtA batch of green onion chopped up2 tablespoons of dill leaves use LiteHouse freeze dried dillS&B Prepared Wasabi in Tube add as much as you like.pepper and a touch of hot sauceOregano a batch of Spice

This wasabi is great, wow goes right up into sinuses. Good stuff!
